Whatever they want!

Creative people can eat whatever they want because they let their intuition guide them. They’re not trapped in food trends, or cultural conditioning. They’re tuned in to their own creative rhythm. They know what feels good in their body because their awareness is attuned with the high vibe of their creative impulse.

As a Creative, the trick is keeping your intuition clear so you can receive accurate information and guidance from your body rather than addictive impulses.  When you feel the craving for a whole bag of chips that’s not your intuition talking. That’s the yeast in the body wanting dinner.

The best way to keep your intuition clear is to have a clean-celled body. That means your cells have clarity and can transmit accurately what is in sync with your well-being.

One of the ways I keep my body clean and my creativity flowing is with regular green juices.

I’d love to share one of my favorite recipes with you….

Grapefruit Goddess Gets Creative!

  • 1 grapefruit*
  • 1 lemon*
  • 4 celery stalks*
  • 4 stems of parsley*
  • 1 stump of ginger*
  • 2 whole cucumbers*
  • 5 stems of dandelion*
  • 1 whole head of romaine lettuce*
  • 1 carrot* (if you want a bit more sweetness)

This will make approximately a mason jar full of delicious juice.

As a Creative, your body is your channel to transmit your art, your insights, your gifts, and your soul’s truth.

Keeping your body clean allows you to have clear intuition to guide you through your creative process, your life and your empowered food choices.

You can eat whatever you want when you’re guided by your authentic intuition.

How do you keep your body clean and clear so your intuition is sharp?
